Why should I hire a Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW)?

How do I get started?

When I will receive my first draft?
You will receive your first draft(s) within five (5) to 10 business days (at the earliest five (5) business days, at the latest 10 business days) from the time we receive your completed questionnaire. Your writer will notify you of your specific turnaround time.
Why do you take 5 – 10 business days to deliver a service?
We create each résumé and other documents from scratch so that they will reflect each person's unique, special qualifications and accomplishments. Generally, résumés for more advanced positions require more effort and time to produce (i.e., an executive’s résumé would take more effort and time to produce than an entry-level professional’s). In addition, package orders/when more than one service is ordered per person, more time is required to complete the documents as a cohesive unit. The given timeframe is to ensure we deliver the best exceptional services possible.
Do you offer expedited service?
Yes! We offer a "3 Day Service Guarantee." An expedited service fee of $35 - $95 applies dependent upon your order. Contact Us before submitting payment to learn your specific additional costs.
Please note: Our "3 Day Service Guarantee" begins once the service, expedited service payment, and questionnaire have been received.
What if I need replacement documents?
We keep all client information on file indefinitely. If you need another copy, send us an email and we will immediately send you a new one – free of charge - up to three (3) times. to request this service.
Can I request my résumé be updated?
Yes. The client may request this service anytime after the final completion date of their initial Exceptional résumé or package.
Dependent upon the timeframe requested, fees will apply: One (1) through 45 days - Free of Charge, 46 days through six (6) months, half of your original résumé or package fee will apply, after six (6) months the full résumé fee will apply.
Please note: Within the 45 "Free" period, updates will be allowed up to two (2) times. to request this service.
May I visit your office?
We work with clients merely via email, telephone, fax, and mail.
What if I’m not satisfied?
